Volunteering

Why Volunteer?

Parent volunteers play an important role to the success of Henry Elementary students.  When parents actively participate in their child's school their child benefits.

Volunteer Opportunities

There are many volunteer opportunities during school hours or after school. Volunteer opportunities include helping out in the classroom, the parent resource room or chaperon at a field trip or dance. Volunteering and attending school events, PTSA board meetings, and ELAC meetings, and/or joining a committee are all ways to earn participation points.

If you would like assistance in volunteering, you may contact your school's Parent Liaison, Juanita Altamirano.
